I can’t close the Dustbin Cover

Check the installation instructions in the Whiz Operational Manual to ensure that the Vacuum Bag is installed properly and the Dustbin Cover is closed. Check to see if any foreign objects are caught between the Dustbin Cover and the Machine. If the Dustbin Cover has been damaged, contact Whiz Customer Support.
