I can’t easily rotate or push the Machine forward / the wheels are stuck

Make sure the Steering Handle is lifted (if the Steering Handle is in the down/locked position, the wheels cannot be moved.)

If it is not an issue with the Steering Handle, lay the machine down slowly to see if there are any foreign objects caught on the wheel and remove them. If Whiz is being used on a wet or slippery floor, it may be unable to achieve traction. If the wheels are damaged, contact Whiz Customer Support.
