This could be caused by an environmental issue; check that your mobile network is connected to 4G and/or LTE. There is a cloud icon that shows the connection status. If it is updating or communicating with Whiz connect, the cloud has a green circle made of two arrows. When it is complete, the cloud icon has a green check mark. Or this may also be a temporary issue. Reboot the Machine using the following steps:
- Turn the Power off
- Remove the battery from the Machine
- Wait for 30 seconds with the battery removed
- Insert the battery
- Turn the Power on
As of software release 1.0, the ROC indicator is no longer orange. It is greyed out when Whiz is not connected, and solid black when it is connected. There is also a cloud icon which shows the connection status. If it is updating or communicating with Whiz connect, the cloud has a green circle made of two arrows. When it is complete, the cloud icon has a green checkmark.
