What data is collected?

We collect sensor data, customer information (to ensure client-specific reports and analysis are provided), and analytics which help inform us so that we can provide you with the best experience possible. Specifically we collect:

• Whiz Sensor Data: Images from 2D Cameras, map data, other robot specific sensor data, system logs,
route run information etc
• Whiz Connect Data: Customer information (user account, location information etc)
• Whiz Usage Data: such as cleaning time, cleaning coverage, assist logs and image (for use by our
engineers in diagnostic activities on an as needed basis).
• Other Data: analytics related to service and website usage
