When does Whiz take pictures?

To help end-users and our support team assist with troubleshooting scenarios, Whiz also has the ability to capture one-time images of the environment (i.e., floor and immediate forward-facing field of view).

The camera does not record video or audio, and remains deactivated unless prompted by a troubleshooting workflow.
